All our garments are made to order, which can take us 2/3 weeks to manufacture and process your order. We ship our product with tracked signed for delivery

ITALY delivery 12€ tracked and signed (3-4 days delivery)

EU delivery – 16€  international tracked and signed (3-4 days delivery)

UK – 19€ international tracked and signed (3-4 days delivery)

• International costumer are responsible for all customs fee

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Frogslab do no accept returns or refunds on BESPOKE purchases made on this website, while we do for set size orders.

Exchanges should be made no more then 7 days from the delivery day. Please contact us by email (frogslab.handmade@gmail.com ) as soon as possible and we will guide you through the process

Exchanges will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition, with original labels (if tags have been removed, or even reattached, we are unable to accept returns)and fully intact packaging. Any sign of wear on the swimwear and clothing, as deodorant or make up, will make it un returnable.
